I have been interested in photography since the mid 70's when I was a student at The West Surrey College of Art and Design in Guildford, Surrey, UK, studying Design for Printing. Photography was offered as a sideline and I would often stay behind to make use of the photographic facilities at the college. In the early 90's, I took a course in photography studying composition, use of an SLR camera, darkroom techniques and studio lighting.
